This young coconut cake was even more of a surprise as the top layer of coconut was crusty! Almost like the graham cracker crust of a cheesecake!
And there's real coconut in there, not just jam. I ate a chunk of coconut jelly. The cake just like the chocolate mousse was moist and not too sweet. All in all, a cheap and good tea time cake session!
