BANGKOK, Thailand, March 15, 2016 – Millennium Hilton’s 32nd-floor ThreeSixty Jazz Lounge welcome soul queen Avia Ellis from Las Vegas onto their stage, as the musical diva regales her audience with her large repertoire of songs from 1st March until the 31st May.
Hailing from Las Vegas, Avia is an outstanding singer with an electrifying voice as well as an accomplished actress. She has been awarded two Black Music Awards for ‘Best Tribute Artist’ and for ‘Ambassador of Soul’. Avis’ vocals have taken her all over the world, and she has worked with many legends in the entertainment industry and been a featured act for jazz clubs, high-end hotels, casinos, corporate events and production shows. She has performed in the Broadway revue musical, “Beehive” in Las Vegas, and in the jazz venues in France, Switzerland, Japan, and Taiwan.
Avis’ recording credits include music she recorded after landing a recording contract with Motown Records. Her first two songs were on Norman Connors’ jazz release Easy Livin. She was also featured on the single Blackberry Kisses on Paul Tillman Smith’s album Songs from Paul Tillman Smith.
