To mark the occasion, master chef Shigeru Hagiwara has created Gozen lunch and Kaiseki dinner menus with a special set menu featuring grilled simmered sea bream head in a thick soy sauce with bamboo shoots and ginger, salmon with teriyaki sauce, deep-fried prawns, omelet, steamed dumplings, sushi rolls, a dessert of rice cake wrapped in an oak leaf to symbolize long life, and more.

The lunchtime Gozen platters include traditional delights mugwort sesame tofu with okra and Chinese wolfberry fruit, green tea fish somen with grilled shimeji mushroom, green vegetable and citrus, and sashimi of tuna and sea bream, priced at Baht 900 per person. In the evening, diners can enjoy Kaiseki dishes of fig, lightly grilled conger eel, crab, broad bean, vinegar with egg yolk, and Japanese mioga ginger, tuna belly, shrimp from New Caledonia, yellowtail, ark shell, and much more, priced at Baht 3,000 per person. There is a special set for children under 12 years old at just Baht 350 per person.
