先講明我第一次去 點lunch omakase (4000THB),亦都明白lunch 同dinner 兩個市價格同出品一定有分別。但估唔到lunch 真係咁差我前一日上網用credit card比左訂金book第日lunch 一位 1pm(因為出差關係 做完野想食完餐好既就上機返香港)早上1030 餐廳就打電話黎confirm book. 我1250就到餐廳,先安排我去接待counter 坐左5分鐘 就直接坐壽司吧台。 服務員英文問要飲咩同遞上餐牌只有3款 ,我選了 Lunch Omakase THB4000好快就上左一道前菜日本野菜酸甜 汁煮魚 炸魚唔錯之後一陸陸續續上 個口都未o趙完就上第2件由於上唔到咁多張相 下面有組圖總之全部都係普通野,唔覺有咩特別所有野元氣都有得食值得一提係 圖6... 其中一碟係銀杏... 圖14.... 係冬瓜小卷... 三粒仔13海膽杯d海膽 淡白色 又色冇味冇質感15唯一最後果晚 穴子 好食,熱身 軟熟 汁香👍 未食過咁菇9寒小9氣既Omakase... 當由1pm上到台點餐開始 1點24分就已經上到湯唔好意思因為已經冇心情影相啦 影漏左個湯個湯幾特別 唔係普通既面豉湯 係准山做既傑撻撻果廷 加左芝麻係面 幾得意最後都已經冇哂心情啦啦啦聲叫埋單走人我入到去左邊個師傅坐住兩對客人入去果時佢地食緊魷魚壽司到我走果刻佢地都只係食緊果個所謂魚子海膽飯。。。 我好清楚望到左邊果pair 食既壽司同我既一樣,但係人地另外有鮑魚+膽汁飯,紫菜包海帶子(雖然粒帶子明顯一開三紙咁薄)。。。點解我冇既。。。又唔好意思走去影人。。大家就當我屈佢啦 張單黎到 4708, 望真d 4000 係正餐+10%service fee再+7% Vat....算 走人 本來下個禮拜仲要黎出差,想訂晚餐同同事一齊開心下所以先去踩踩場試下,但係真心唔會再去了5000THB 係其他商場餐廳可以食一圍啦你仲要係五千人頭。。。仲要係lunch... 晚餐7000THB... 真係唔敢搏啦。。 成個過程感受好差 師傅好似趕命趕收工咁未叫野食就已經切好哂d魚生料放係台面全程除左落壽司果下完全0交流出菜又死版行貨 米之連 一星? continue reading
