Introduction
“KHAO” was founded in 2016, starting as a restaurant that exclusively offered a “Chef’s Table” experience. Within a year, we were determined to present Thai cuisine in a way that resonates with the Thai people, so we expanded our service to include an a la carte menu. Our extensive menu is what our guests encounter when they visit Khao because we embrace the cultural significance of sharing a meal in Thailand. It means coming together with an open heart, spending quality time, and celebrating diversity in tastes and preferences. Hence, we offer a diverse range of dishes to cater to various palates.

我見人哋啲YouTuber(小阮)講話呢間米芝蓮一星餐廳可以喺OpenRice預訂,我預訂嘅時候發覺佢只能夠預訂套餐,一個tasting menu 兩個人食大概$1200港紙。 喺餐廳睇過佢個Menu覺得散叫係冇咁貴,覺得係OpenRice訂有啲唔值。 食物質素都可以嘅,並唔覺得特別驚艷,如果要$1200套餐嚟講我覺得唔值,散叫都還可以。所以大家如果要試呢間餐廳,建議都係通過其他途徑去預訂,然後散叫。 順帶一提我覺得餐廳嘅服務唔似米芝蓮一星嘅標準,我哋食晒四道菜佢先換一次碟😔另外一提,呢間餐廳位置有啲遠,我住係Chit Lom 附近,我用咗一個鐘頭二十分鐘車程先至去到,主要係塞車用咗大半個鐘頭。

抵食米芝連一星餐廳⭐️平時係香港食星級餐廳都比較貴,但曼谷呢間價錢非常合理,人均$300-400就可以食到好豐富嘅一餐👍🏼前菜拼盤Khongwang Ruam可以比客人自由選擇,客人可以選擇四樣想試既前菜,就算2,3個人都可以試多幾樣,啱曬乜都想試下嘅大家。另外嗌左Yum Chakram Gub Goong,姐係大蝦同鹼蓬草沙律,調味有椰香及帶酸幾特別又夠開胃主菜嗌左脆皮豬腩,酥脆香口加埋酸甜醬汁好味的,但兩個人食會比較膩,建議多啲人share先好嗌。另外嗌左Gang Kiewwaan chicken ,泰式綠咖哩雞味道正常泰國餐廳水準,份量夠多,送飯一流。甜品嗌左Khao Fang Piek Lamyai,椰汁配馬蹄小丸子,賣相好靚,充滿泰國特色,餐廳亦送咗一份南瓜布甸比我地,味道香甜,好味👍🏼總結餐廳裝修簡單優雅,環境幾靚,員工服務態度良好,味道又唔錯👌🏼Khao絕對係一間cp值好高既餐廳,大家去曼谷不妨book黎試下。

🍽️餐飲: 💮omelet packed with crabmeat名物!一定要食!一切下去,有湯汁流出,烘蛋很香,蟹肉超蟹超大塊!💮cramy choo chee curry with fried sheatfish咖哩是有一點點辣,不太能吃辣的都可以,炸魚炸得好👍🏻魚身不會炸得太乾,但尾巴部分炸的很脆,可以吃的💮seablite salad with prawns這個不太推,作為前菜沙律,有點過咸,而且不知道seablite是甚麼🤣💮phad thai with river prawns普通的phad thai,有吃過其他更好吃的,所以這個就沒有很推薦🎄環境: 是很高級的餐廳,一進去就感受到,但不會覺得很拘謹,因為人很多,也有點吵,反而會比較自在🎎服務:高級餐廳的服務當然不錯👍🏻因為是慶祝結婚週年,最後竟送上一份甜品,實在是窩心☺️㊗️結論:位置真的不太方便,去的時候是走過去,離開的時候選擇grab可惜不是每一道菜都讓我驚艷…

嚟咗呢一間米芝蓮一星嘅餐廳,都想食佢好耐啦。一入到去坐低,個職員見我拎住個背囊揈嚟揈去,佢相當醒目,立即攞張凳俾我擺低個背囊。Service嚟講相當之好。叫咗個相當出名嘅蟹肉蛋奄列,絕對冇令我失望,佢嘅蟹肉相當多相當新鮮相當彈牙相當甜,個蛋液煮得好嫩滑外脆內軟,會令到你成個都食晒佢。另外,叫咗一個佢推介嘅沙律,如圖所示,個人認為有啲鹹,唔係,應該係幾鹹吓。另外啊,叫咗個蝦pad thai, 河粉相當彈牙,係唔錯嘅,不過係濃味咗少少。另外啊,叫咗個咖喱炸魚,咖喱味唔錯,唔係好辣,適合香港人食。炸魚翼相當唔錯,冇乜腥味有魚味。到最後埋單嘅時候,竟然仲送咗個甜品俾我哋慶祝我哋嘅Anniversary相當有驚喜。
