泰國嘅「粿條」即係香港稱為「金邊粉」嘅河粉,比中式河粉幼啲、煙靭啲、其實仲有一種味道,好似少少甜甜地,唔係好識形容,總之我就勁愛金邊粉。嚟到泰國,就梗係食最正宗。「泰榮」係一間好正宗嘅泰式粉麵店,大排檔格局,可以話冇空調,但又至於䭍女到身水身汗,事關佢有透心涼龍眼冰,或者多種降溫涼水選擇。揀食物方式非常簡單,有圖有中英文對照,先揀粉類、餸、湯底,逐樣指就得。我揀咗乜都有,魚蛋、肉碎、豬雜粿粉+辣湯底,超好味。習慣跟泰國人食法,加入砂糖,黐線咁好味,未食完已經掛住,所以⋯⋯⋯嚟多一碗又一碗!千祈唔好忘記叫小食⋯⋯⋯⋯炸魚皮,係「真·魚皮」,真一個要食3份先夠喉。頭先講咗啦,坐低先隊一杯冰凍龍眼冰先,食完炸魚皮再嚟多杯,守返個尾門,Gurrr晒啦!
