Manorah Royal Cuisine brings you the taste of Thai with special menus in this summer season by Chef Boonplook Thiengsoosuk or Chef Bas, Chef De Cuisine at the restaurant. From March 20 – 30 June, 2015, our chef presents you 6 traditional and flavorful Thai dishes made of chef’s selective ingredients to freshen up your summertime, starting off with Rice Noodles in sweet curry sauce (120 baht), Stir fried noodle with coconut milk (120 baht), Rice cooked in coconut milk with papaya salad (120 Baht), Rice Noodle eaten with Powdered Shrimp and Pineapple slices (120 Baht), Herbal Grilled Chicken (150 Baht), and Thai style dessert, Mango with Sticky Rice in a creamy, tasty coconut milk (120 Baht)
