New Sassy Salmon menu Novotel Bangkok Fenix Silom
The SQUARE presents new weekend ‘Sassy Salmon’ menu featuring the delicacy in a variety of preparations.
Highlight dishes available every day include salmon gravlax (marinated salmon) with mustard dill sauce on ice, salmon teriyaki skewer and spicy salmon salad.
A rotating menu, meanwhile, offers wide-ranging international dishes such as grilled salmon steak; Japanese salmon dishes including shabu-shabu, sashimi and crispy tempura; California roll; steamed salmon dim sum; smoked salmon pizza with cream cheese and rocket salad; and baked salmon and spinach in puff pastry.
Round out Sassy Salmon treats with desserts such as fresh fruits, cake, Thai sweets and ice cream.
Sassy Salmon dinner buffet at The SQUARE is served every Friday to Sunday from 6.00 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. Available 1 December 2015 to 29 February 2016.
