The enticing selection includes fish and seafood delights such as smoked salmon and asparagus, crisp crab croquettes with seaweed salad, and fresh tuna with pressed bottarga mullet roe and caviar. The choice of meat and game includes foie gras with bread and wine, flavorsome venison tartare with a hen’s egg and black truffle, and melt-in-the-mouth lamb shank terrine 'osso buco' with a creamy risotto. There are also light and healthy vegetarian options such as liquid tomato salad with baked ricotta foam, the distinctly contemporary beet sgroppino cappuccino, and autumnal mushroom sugo with soft potato and sage.
