The SQUARE restaurant at Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit Sukhumvit invites fish lovers to a new buffet featuring many fine fruits of the sea. And along with a great international spread, Fisherman’s Market Dinner Buffet likewise pleases with a charming nautical atmosphere.
Every Monday to Thursday evening from 5 January to 26 February 2014, guests can enjoy a superb selection of healthy delicacies prepared at special stations by skilled chefs. At the Charcoal Grilled station diners will find expertly cooked main dishes including mackerel, swordfish, sea bass wrapped in banana leaves, kingfish and grouper. Highlights at the Roasted station include barracuda, kingfish and red snapper.
While the food will certainly be enough to remind everyone of a fisherman’s market, The SQUARE also will be decorated to a nautical theme. So, guests can set sail for the food and the mood.
