‘Gastronomical Days by Carme Ruscalleda’ at Scalini restaurant
Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok, in cooperation with Thai Airways International, is to host an exclusive culinary event ‘Gastronomical Days by Carme Ruscalleda’ at Scalini restaurant on 23 - 25 April 2015. Carme Ruscalleda, the world’s only Michelin 5 star female chef, presents a very special five course Catalan-Spanish dinner menu.
Thai Airways International, the country’s national carrier, is a main sponsor of Gastronomical Days by Carme Ruscalleda’ at the Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok.
Chef Carme Ruscalleda is from the Catalan region of Spain. She owns and manages the highly successful Sant Pau restaurants in Sant Pol de Mar (near Barcelona) and Tokyo. She is also Head Chef at her well-known Moments restaurant in Barcelona’s famous Mandarin Oriental hotel.
Guests will enjoy a wonderful five course dinner, with a wine pairing for each course, prepared each evening by Chef Carme Ruscalleda. The dinner is priced at THB 8,990 per person excluding tax and service charge.
