During Big Blu Sunday Brunch at Twenty-Seven Bites Brasserie, Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok, not only do diners savor an expansive international buffet, but young guests likewise have a great time at the restaurant’s kid’s corner with activities including face painting, balloon bending and video game action. All the while, parents enjoy live acoustic music for entertainment throughout the meal.
The brunch’s global feast of flavors includes many international dishes and features a dedicated Italian pasta station as well as Indian and Japanese cuisine. Seafood lovers will be positively spoilt for choice with an incredible array of imported mussels, freshly shucked oysters and plump prawns. Live cooking stations serve up pan-seared foie gras, tender roast lamb and succulent satay. Diners also enjoy fresh and crisp garden salads.
