Thai Night Buffet at The Square Novotel Bangkok Silom

A special night for Thai food in Thailand? All right, that may sound unusual. But then there’s nothing usual about The Square’s buffet – and especially when it comes to outstanding Thai cuisine.

So it makes perfect sense The Square now presents ‘Thai Night Buffet’. Available from March to end of April 2015 every Wednesday night from 6.00 p.m. to 10.30 p.m., the buffet highlights many delicious Thai favourites in all their diverse flavours.

Selections include spicy salads, soups and appetizers including traditional ‘Ma Hoh’. Among main dishes are Beef Massaman and Deep-fried Fish with sweet chili sauce.  Chef Toon also will be serving up à la minute Phad Thai in addition to Pork and Chicken Satay with condiments. Seasonal fruits and Thai sweets round out the menu.

Also on the buffet every Wednesday are The Square’s regular features including Pizza, Japanese and Carving stations.
