Swissôtel Nai Lert Park Bangkok – September 2014: Throughout September, Swissôtel Nai Lert Park Bangkok’s stylish international all-day dining and buffet restaurant, soothingly set beside its glorious gardens, is adding an authentic array of classic French gourmet dishes to its regular Asian and European selections, and offering optional free-flow French wines to go with it.
Paramount among the decadent selections is fresh French Foie Gras prepared in two delectable ways: Homemade Foie Gras Terrine and Pan-Seared with balsamic reduction.
Seafood fans will also appreciate specially featured chilled ‘Fruit de Mer’, finest mixed seafood specimens freshly imported from France presented on an avalanche of ice.
Other savory French delicacies destined to elicit sighs of gastronomic delight range ‘Moules Marinières’ (marinated French mussels steamed in fresh herbs and white wine) and Boeuf Bourguignon (tender beef stewed in rich gravy seasoned with fine French wine).
ISO’s typically thoughtful dessert buffet, meanwhile, will add a Crêpes Suzettes live cooking station with specially created sauces and sprinklings.

ISO Restaurant ‘French Fridays’ Buffet Dinner is served from 18:00-22:00 hrs. Priced is at THB 999++ or THB 1,999++ with freeflow Prosecco or French wine (adults)/ THB 499++ children 6-12. (Children under the age of six dine for free when accompanied by a paying adult).
