Ingredient and Portion
•• 2 Hard tofu
• All purpose flour
• 200 grams prawn
• Starch
• Green onion
• Chopped garlic
• Chicken stock
• Vegetable oil

Seasoning
• Sesame oil
• Oyster sauce
Method
1. Coat tofu with flour. Deep fry tofu in hot oil and set aside
2. In the wok, brown garlic and add prawn
3. Sprinkle with sesame oil
4. Season with oyster sauce
5. Add in chicken stock and thicken it with starch
6. Mix in the sauce
7. Pour it on fried tofu
