Fresh river prawn baked in aromatic vermicelli

Ingredient and Portion
• 2 packs of vermicelli (soaked in water)
• 5 River prawns
• Black pepper
• Cilentro root
• Garlic
• Bacon
• Dark and sweeten soy sauce
• Light soy sauce
• Chinese wine
• Pepper
• Sesame oil
• Ginger slide
Method
• Crush black pepper, cilantro root and garlic
• Mix sauce with sesame oil, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and Chinese wine
• Put bacon at the bottom of pot and add ginger slide
• Put vermicelli and shrimps
• Put in the sauce and mix well
• Sprinkle with pepper
• Bake for 15 minutes
