Ingredient and Portion
50 grams of fettuccini
•3 strips of thinly sliced pork
•1/2 of a small onion
•Desired amount of kimchi
•1 tablespoon of sesame oil
•2 tablespoons of water
•2 teaspoons of soy sauce
•salt and pepper to taste
•2 tablespoon Kochujung
1. Slice the onion into thin strips and the pork into bite-sized pieces.
2. Preheat pan at medium-high and add the sesame oil.
3. Once the pan is hot, fry the pork slices until it is semi-cooked.
4. Next fry the onion until they become soft and caramelized.
5. Then add the kimchi and cook. Added Kochujung
6. Lastly, add fettuccini and 2 tablespoons of water. Mix contents and unravel pasta. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper. Cook just until the pasta is done and everything is well incorporated
