• Smash garlic, pepper and cilantro root to be well smashed
• Heat up the wok and put vegetable oil to fry prawn
• Patch up shrimp to be a little damp to prevent from splashing oil
• Fry shrimp until just a bit cooked, set aside
• Heat up the wok again with low heat. Put in oil and add the smashing mixture to be aromatic
• Then fry garlic under low heat until golden
• Season with fish sauce and sugar
• Put in tiger prawn and mix well
