1. Heat up a wok and add oil for deep frying. On medium heat, add tofu pieces into the wok. Fry until the tofu is golden on all sides. Remove the tofu and drain on paper towel. Set aside.
2. Drain oil off the wok. Heat up the wok on high heat. Add fried tofu and fried garlic, stir until aromatic. Add carrots, baby corns and span peas. Stir until almost cooked.
3. Season with sugar, seasoning sauce and mushroom sauce. Stir well.
4. Add bean sprouts and spring onions. Stir fast. The menu is now ready to serve.
