Embark on the journey in July with the taste of Old World recipes…..discover the rich tradition of European cooking and enjoy timeless flavors from our kitchen experts. The rotating selection includes Tomato & Goat Cheese Tart, Antipasti and Cheese Selection, Pork Knuckle, Pepper Crusted Duck with Sherry Port Sauce and Roasted Rib-Eye of Beef with Béarnaise Sauce. Don’t forget to preserve your appetite for some special sweets like Strawberry Millefeuille, Tart Au Citron and German Fruit Cake.
August is the month we travel along Asia and Middle East, with an excellent variety menu featuring fresh local ingredients, colorful and aromatic spices. Indulge in widely recognized dishes from all over Asia and Middle East such as Arabic Mezze, Crispy Deep Fried Salmon with Schezuan Dressing, Spiced Lentil Soup, Sushi & Sashimi, Lamb Rogan Josh, Seafood Yakisoba and Beef Rendang Curry. The mouth-watering dessert selection includes Baklava, Gulub Jaman, Green Tea Cream Bulee and tropical fruits.
The trip ends at the New World territory as The SQUARE showcases its exceptional buffet spread dedicated to the New World nations throughout September. Savor hearty dishes like Asparagus Wrapped in Proscuitto, Salad Bar, Salami and Cheese Selection as well as delicious BBQ, Grilled King Prawns and New Zealand Lamb Rack, Seafood One Pan Paella and Pan Fried Salmon with Garlic & Lemon Butter Sauce.
