High quality service with fresh food. Can see the chef thoughtful design and pay attention to details. We didn’t choose water pairing, but a la carte. We picked highland spring water from Scotland with a ph 7.8. Beginning with dedicated complimentary snacks made with tuna and salmon, they also served home made bread.
