• 1 can of tuna • 2 TBS crushed chili • 2 TBS chopped garlic • 2 TBS lime juice • Fish sauce • Peanuts • Slice shallot • Chopped green mango • Vegetable oil

1. Deep fry tuna in oil 2. Mix the salad dressing with fish sauce, lime juice and sugar. Add in chili and garlic 3. Add in shallot and green mango 4. Mix well and sprinkle with peanuts
