BarSu Goes Gastro High quality cuisine at down-to-earth prices
Bangkok, October 13, 2014 – In October, BarSu at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok transforms into an exciting new lounge venue serving high quality cuisine at down-to-earth prices.
The unique BarSu Goes Gastro concept allows diners to relax in a distinctly chic and contemporary environment while enjoying exceptional cuisine including and cured meats, terrines, imported cheeses, main dishes and seafood, all enhanced by a soundtrack of cool music.
Offerings from the crudities selection include ponzo sauce and pecans, and salmon tartare with smoked shallots, egg yolk and Dijon mustard. Cured meats and terrines perfect for pairing with the outstanding choice of beers and fine wines include Italian duck salami from Lombardy, prized Spanish Iberico ham from Salamanca, and French pork rillettes. There’s also imported artisan cheeses such as homemade goat ricotta with fresh herbs, testun al Barolo and manchego ewes milk from La Mancha region of Spain.
Main course meat dishes to enjoy in the stylish venue include velvety mushroom risotto with seared duck and sweet potato, succulent Berkshire pork with beets, cinnamon apple and truffle vinaigrette, and premium Black Angus beef with orange glazed carrots and a classic French bordelaise red wine sauce. Other highlights include seafood such as fish & chips, Alaskan halibut with grilled late summer vegetables and Romesco sauce, and local tiger prawns served with green lentils, chorizo, yogurt, English peas, sprouts and lime.
Guests at BarSu can also enjoy two hours of Free Flow Beverages for just 765 Baht net with additional hour charged at 388 Baht net. Available from 18:00 hrs – midnight, the free flow promotion includes beers, creative cocktails mixed drinks, and mocktails.
