This is a great place. Food is good. Service is good. Prices are reasonable. Great location. I am here probably 4X a week.  My one complaint is that they allow smokers in close proximity to the non-smoking area and it makes me sick.  They need to do a better job managingt this

Food is always good. Coffee is great. Great cheesecake. Service is really bad. Has always been that way. Staff are disorganized. No service procedures.  The new Kuppa Deli in the Emporium is much nicer. This used to be the number 1 spot. No more. The management needs to wake up!

We ordered three dishes. They brough wet towels and a small plate of pickels that we did not order. Well, the bill included charges for cold towels, tea (that we did not order) and the small pickles (that we did not eat).  Too bad these restaurants have to cheat to be successful

Food was good but like many Chinese restaurants, they add things to your bill that you did not order such as cold towels.  Also, when asked what we wanted to drink we said "nam blao" น้ำเปล่า but they brought a 120 baht bottle of sparking water.  I won't go back to restaurants that cheat customers
