We (a group of 3) wanted to have an American meal so we came to Meat Bar 31 and found it as a very fancy and elegant place.*I did make a reservation in the afternoon on that same day. Started off with a Cesar salad with poached egg. Dressing was well mixed within the greens and the poached egg certainly brings it up a notch.Both soup is super creamy We asked to have the pork chop done a bit undercook and it was well made. Very juicy!The Argentinian beef was asked to be done in medium cooked and it was served with mashed potato. Look burnt on the outside but it's juicy in the inside. The winning dish - lobster macaroni and cheese - with a thick layer of baked cheese all over the bowl of macaroni. Lobster is cooked just right and placed on top of the cheese.
