今次黎到曼谷,即刻番去哩間韓國燒肉餐廳,因為佢質素超高,回味無窮,環境舒適,價錢平,最緊要係全程有人幫你燒😊哩間冇得上網訂位,所以我哋早少少5點食,去到都要等15分鐘。舖頭有兩層,我哋被安排坐二樓卡位。每張怡都會有一位特定嘅職員serve你同埋幫你燒嘢食。你未落order 佢已經即上前菜。前菜種類真的嚇你一跳,有泡菜,辣青椒,芽菜,醃白蘿蔔,韓國粉絲,生菜(可包肉食)同埋沙律菜。所有前菜都好好味,份量亦唔吝嗇,佢哋會當你就嚟食完一碟前菜時幫你叫定新一碟,係可以無限refill. 我哋6個人叫左1 set 燒牛,有3種牛肉,個set仲已經包埋一個蔬菜鍋,菠蘿,芝士,另外我哋加咗豬頸肉同豬腩肉。首先職員會特登燒一小碗蒜片俾你送肉食,真的很窩心!然後佢會續樣肉燒俾你食,你食到差唔多佢先再燒下一種肉,確保你享受到佢最好的味道。另外,每開始燒一種肉前,佢都會show 個label,俾你睇下塊肉係何方神聖。今次哩個牛set嘅肉都係aged, 哩個價錢當然aged 嘅時間唔會耐喇,但感覺好似係高質左好多。所有牛都冇醃過,原汁原味用炭火燒,職員十分專業,當然同好多餐廳一樣會問你食幾成熟,我哋食medium rare, 佢好專業哋煮塊排,當佢剪開塊扒嘅時候,肉中心嘅顏色非常之靚,食起嚟軟嫩多汁,帶有濃郁的牛肉香氣😋另外佢嘅豬腩肉烤得非常香脆,佢烤之前仲好專業地用温度計確定爐嘅温度先開始煮。煮嘅時候迫晒腩肉啲油出黎,食嘅時候非常脆口,肥瘦肉都層層分明。最後佢仲會煮牛肉薄片mozzarella,拉絲的芝士口感Q彈,與牛肉的肉香完美融合。佢嘅燒菠蘿亦係一絕。成餐飯雖然食咗好多肉,但一啲漏嘅感覺都冇,所有肉都令人回味無窮,可惜已經太飽食唔落啦,要等下次再去泰國先食倒喇… continue reading
