Provence has been famous for boat noodles for a few decades. Every time I visit Bangkok is a must eat restaurant. Gaysorn is a new location but you cannot find too many commentary. Recommend to order Beef Boat Noodles and if you are a big beef fan then you should try Rib Eye Beef Boat Noodles (more pricey though). The broth here is very rich and tasty. Size wise is a bit small and price is not cheap. But still highly recommended if you fancy of authentic thai beef noodles.
