皮薄又脆的烤鴨 Smile Nov 19, 2017

晚上與女兒在EM的Food Hall食了輕食後,去逛超市,血拚完便番落Phrom Phong 2號出口,嚟呢度食烤鴨(因所住的Compass Skyview Hotel就在這兒轉彎的soi 24 不遠處,路經三天,今天專誠留肚來試的。)打開Menu, 見到有三款1500銖的套餐,因我同女兒也吃不下太多,想叫剩片皮鴨食,女侍應說只能要有麵飯果款餐,我解釋吃不到太多,即使同價,我仍是只想食烤鴨而已。最後,她叫了一位懂說普通話及廣東話的先生來跟我們說,他解釋,套餐都用全鴨來片皮的,而套餐中的咕嚕肉,大頭菜鴨湯,炒飯,炒麵就可以四選二,他並說:如果我們吃不下,可帶走。最後,我們只要了湯及咕嚕肉,因給我們炒飯,炒麵帶回酒店,最後都只會是浪費的。片皮鴨烤得很香脆,刀功也不錯,切得很薄身。咕嚕肉冇骨,啖啖肉,味道也調得很適中。大頭菜鴨湯,不會很咸,也有淡淡胡椒味,很好飲。埋單連茶芥共1560銖@4.18=港幣$373.30,抵食又好食,非常滿足走人,下次再來曼谷,一定會再來。
