1. Mix flour with egg for frying batter
2. Dip chicken in the batter and deep fry, set aside
3. In the pan brown garlic
4. Add onion, tomatoes and pineapple
5. Mix the sauce by using ketchup, soy sauce, chili sauce and sugar
6. Add the sauce into stir fried vegetable
7. Stir fry until vegetable is soft and tender
8. Add fried chicken and mix well
9. Serve
