1. Marinated chicken wings with seasoning sauce, soy sauce and pepper powder for 15-20 minutes.
2. Steam the wings until almost cooked. Set aside to cool.
3. Mix tempura flour with icy cold water into a thick mixture. Coat the wings with the mixture
4. Roll over the wings with grind cereal
5. Heat up Toshiba electric pan, model HGN-5D, on medium heat. Deep fry the wings until well cooked.
6. Serve with dipping sauce of your choice
