1. Marinate pork for 5-6 hours until tender
2. Add flour and deep fry pork until golden, set aside
3. Heat up wok and brown garlic
4. Add in onion and stir fry until tender
5. Put in chili black bean sauce and stir fry until aromatic
6. Add in red and green pepper with a little water
7. Mix with fried pork and stir well
