The Roof Gastro’s "Hot Stone Lover" promotion gives Bangkok foodies a new better way to enjoy their meat and seafood.  

Siam@Siam Design Hotel & Spa Bangkok’s popular meat and seafood extravaganza, the “Hot Stone Lover,” in June gives you even more reason to visit The Roof, Thailand’s first stone-grill alfresco restaurant.  The “Hot Stone Lover” features a dazzling array of Thailand Organic Chicken Breast, Organic Pork Tenderloin and Seabass Fillet specialties starting from just THB600++ per person.  The rest are all choices of Australia Rib-Eye, Wagyu Australia Sirloin, Australia Lamb Chops and many more.

What makes these dishes unique is the “Hot Stone Grill” cooking they all undergo. Food is freshly cooked on volcanic stones, which can retain the heat for a period of 20 minutes. With the inner temperature exceeding 400 degrees Celsius, guests can cook the food by themselves and then eat it as they please.
