Stumbled upon this little restaurant located in the basement of United Center Building. Ordered their signature Salmon Combo Donburi. Salmon very thick and fresh and the secret miso sauce is divine.Also ordered crunchy tempura roll - the batter was perfect.Would definitely come back again when I'm in the area.

題外話/補充資料：
They have a 699 all you can eat (evenings only). Look forward to trying that.
