Good Food. Spotty Service

Food is always good. Coffee is great. Great cheesecake. Service is really bad. Has always been that way. Staff are disorganized. No service procedures.  The new Kuppa Deli in the Emporium is much nicer. This used to be the number 1 spot. No more. The management needs to wake up!
