Nice experience at POTONG

In a midst of busy China Town, Restaurant Potong gave me an incredible experience.  Chef Pam turn her ancestor building to the talk-of-the-town fine dining restaurant. Here offers Thai-Chinese cuisine which some dish already reminded me of childhood, especially Spiritual. Duck, pork and khanachai (kind like fermented veggies). Love it!
