I have been hearing about the Michelin Pad Thai restaurant in Bangkok for awhile but never got the chance to try until this visit at the new shopping mall Iconsiam. 1) Pad Thai with Shrimp Oil and Egg 👍🏻
Size is rather small but it is just so tasty. There is a special taste which I never get from other Pad Thai, it was from shrimp oil which they mention in the menu, a very rich shrimp taste much stronger than dry shrimps can give. The noodles were not oily with rich flavour of pad thai sauce and quite juice. Highly recommended to anyone who go Thipsamai.

3) Orange Juice. Thai orange taste a bit different from US or AU ones which is much sweeter and darker orange color. Highly recommend to try here as there are a lot of orange puff inside the juice. 😋
