Nimmanian Club was the last cafe I visited right before departure, my journey ended beautifully with the tea served by Nimmanian Club.I planned to have coffee indeed, but I was attracted by one of the photos in the menu. Nimmanian Club was the last cafe I visited right before departure, my journey ended beautifully with the tea served by Nimmanian Club.
I planned to have coffee indeed, but I was attracted by one of the photos in the menu. I asked the shop assistant what that beautiful drink was, he told me that it’s tea but not coffee. I changed my mind and ordered the tea “Butterfly Effect”.

I picked a bar table seat so that I could have a closer look about the tea making process. The barista was mixing liquid and pouring it from that jar to another. I was then served a big jar with tea and a small jar with something in blue, the barista asked me to pour out each in the proportion of 1:1 into the glass with an ice ball. I first pour some tea, then the blue liquid. The tea gradually turned into purple after being mixed with the blue liquid. The tea was a little sweet, but the tea aroma was still there. It’s just AMAZING~~~ The barista said that the blue liquid was a special liquid made from butterfly, everything was natural.
