this was probably the fourth time i came to this restaurant, and I do come visit whenever I come to Bangkok. Each and every dishes are exceptional. I recall that the main course, the aged duck, as most memorable because it is tender, juicy, and has a layer is crispy skin.

Booked this restaurant 4 days before we arrive Bangkok after seeing some reviews here. Very good ambience especially when we sat at the kitchen counter. The juice pairing is a very good idea with some awesome mixed of variety juices and ingredients. The starters are all good looking and tasty. Great attention received from their staff. The aged 10-day duck was the highlight with very crispy skin and tasty meat. @bitecoin.Hk for more photos.

泰國曼谷有好多著名嘅米芝蓮餐廳,今次去咗呢一間米芝蓮二星嘅餐廳,價錢雖然比較貴,但係覺得值得,如果再去曼谷都會再預訂呢間餐廳再去幫襯,每道菜嘅味道都一流,其中幾個菜式都比到驚喜,而服務都保持到水準,餐廳最打係德國菜式,亦有來自德國既侍應提供服務,總體體驗好滿意,只係略嫌入餐廳既時候同埋離開果陣未有貴賓式招待。因為太多道菜式要食,恕未能全部一一盡錄,主要講幾個令我深刻印象嘅菜式。1. 鴨肝窩夫配蜜糖醋,呢個係add on 菜式,醋嘅味道令人一試難忘,而鴨肝夾在威化餅嘅中間亦好特別2. 煙熏鴨,好特別一款,用staub鑄鐵鍋煙燻,令到成隻鴨無多餘油脂之餘,但係鴨皮非常脆卜卜!3. 魚子醬帶子配萵筍,再加上少有嘅榛子油撈埋一齊嘅感覺好特別,帶子煮得好滑同好嫩

Gorgeous, luxurious, surprising. Who would have thought you could find German fine dining in BKK? Truly worth a try, reasonably priced. My favorite was the pate filled wafer snack which they individually wrapped, to be a Warren with a small glass of vinegar. Would love it revisit when renting to BKK in another year to try their new dishes. #delishv.v
