There aren’t many seats, yet it wasn’t so crowded as well on a weekday afternoon. The wooden theme of interior is rather cozy and comfortable, which makes a prefect excuse to be lazy in the afternoon.

There are quite lots of special choices for the bingsu, my friend and I wanted to go for Mango Bingsu, yet the staff said mango is not very seasonal and it could be sour than sweet. Thus, we switched to Smoky Melon and Cheeseball Bingsu instead.

The Smoky Melon arrived ahead and it is really marvelous! A golden pot has been filled with milky bingsu and a bunch of light green melon balls, then the staff poured in some water into the hole and created a smoky cool mist. Next, cover the “Cold Pot” with half of the melon peel, its appearance is totally remarkable! Spoon the melon ball and milky bingsu in one, the juicy melon and soft milky bingsu work perfectly together. The bingsu is soft like snow that will melt in your mouth right away.

Cheeseball Bingsu (S)

As for the Cheeseball Bingsu , there are two sizes to choose, small and medium. We just finished one big pot of bingsu, there is no way for us to finish another one. Therefore, we just went for a small and simple Cheeseball Bingsu. Instead of using the golden pot, it merely uses a simple black bowl to serve. It contains few mini cheesecakes, biscuit crunches, cream and CHEESE BALLS!! Various cheese flavors are outstanding and the sweet and sour strawberry jam can neutralize the sweetness.
