A friend introduced this restaurant to us saying they are very famous for their omakase. We ordered a 14-course set for two person and two glasses of Japanese plum wine.To me, the ‘menu’ given to us is just a list of ingredients, I have no way to associate the food with the ‘menu’. 😂The skill of the chef and presentation of the food are wonderful, I enjoyed watching the chef ‘performing the show’, but what impressed me most is the taste of the food. 😋😋😋
